The Behavioral Blueprint

This is for you if: you want clear answers and a concrete assessment you can start using immediately. A focused assessment and a practical plan — not a 40-page report.

Best For

Individuals, families, and support teams focused on skill-building goals — executive functioning, daily living skills, communication, or caregiver consultation in home or community settings.

If significant behavioral concerns are present, one of our comprehensive assessments options below is a better starting point — we'll help you determine the right fit during an initial consultation.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • A clear understanding of what is driving current challenges
  • Insight into strengths, needs, and opportunities for growth
  • Practical recommendations tailored to your unique situation
  • Recommended ongoing hours (direct support and/or consultation), if continued support would help you reach your goals — continuing is always optional, never required
  • Clear next steps that can be implemented immediately

**Need something more comprehensive? See our Assessment & Evaluation Services below for documentation needed for families, Regional Center, school, or legal purposes

Assessment & Evaluation Services

This is for you if: you need thorough, comprehensive documentation — for a Regional Center eligibility request, a school IEP process or dispute, or another formal purpose — in addition to practical guidance and clear recommendations.

Not sure which one fits your situation? Compare the three options below or reach out and we'll help you determine the right scope during an initial consultation.

Best For

Families and individuals needing objective, standardized documentation of adaptive functioning — for initial or ongoing Regional Center eligibility, school, or other formal purposes. Also available to residential or facilities requesting a comprehensive evaluation for a specific resident or client.

What You'll Walk Away With: A comprehensive profile mapping scores/percentiles across communication, socialization, self-care, health and safety, and community independence, with actionable recommendations.

Applied Mentorship Program

This is for you if: you’ve completed an assessment and are ready to target goals with regular direct sessions or parent/caregiver coaching so new strategies get built into real routines instead of staying on paper.

Many clients begin Applied Mentorship as a direct continuation of the Behavioral Blueprint or one of our comprehensive assessments — your assessment will include recommended monthly hours based on what we found, though continuing into ongoing support is always optional, never required.

Final scope is determined based on assessment findings and your family's identified needs, then discussed with you before services begin.

Ongoing Guidance & Check-Ins

This is for you if: your family has strong systems in place and wants a trusted consultant on call for check-ins, troubleshooting, and accountability — not weekly hands-on sessions.

A monthly touchpoint to review progress, troubleshoot new challenges as they come up, and keep momentum going long-term — ideal for families who've completed more intensive support and want to maintain it.

Best For

  • Families seeking continued professional support without intensive services
  • Graduated mentorship clients wanting ongoing accountability and guidance
  • Families who need occasional support navigating new transitions and challenges

Common Uses

Staff & Caregiver Training

This is for you if: you run a business, facility, or program serving neurodivergent individuals and want your team equipped with practical, general behavioral strategies — without hiring a full-time BCBA.

We provide general, non-individualized training for staff, caregivers, and teams — autism awareness, proactive behavioral strategies, and de-escalation approaches that apply broadly across the individuals your program serves. This is education and skill-building for your team, not clinical treatment for a specific resident or client, so it doesn't require individual consent or an assessment of any one person.

Best For

  • Schools, residential programs, recreational facilities, and vocational programs wanting their staff equipped with general autism-informed, de-escalation, and proactive behavioral strategies

What You'll Walk Away With

  • A team equipped with practical, general strategies they can apply immediately
  • A more confident, better-prepared staff — without the cost of hiring a full-time BCBA
